Dzikri Ramadhan

Hey, I’m Dzikri, a third-year design student. I see design as an open-ended puzzle or problems just waiting to be solved. I love puzzles. Currently, the kinds of problems I like most to tinker with includes those related to 3D Modelling, Illustrations, Photography, and Logo Design & Branding.

If there’s one skill that I’m confident in, it’s my aptitude for growth. I’ve been getting my feet wet in interactive media, UX, game design, and I’m very looking forward to joining the industry.

3D PUZZLE TOY

Inspired by a long-lost childhood toy, I designed a puzzle toy for children using 3D Blender.
The process involved multiple trials and errors of sketching and modelling to make sure the puzzle works perfectly. Both the its concept mechanism and its visual appearance was designed to appeal to a younger audience.

THEMATIC PHOTOGRAPHY: PIRATES

Done for my a photography assignment, the question I asked as my initial starting point was
“What would you find on a pirate’s desk?”
Then, sketches with considerations for a harmonic arrangement was done, followed by the material collection and photoshoot.

ILLUSTRATION

Started as an Art Style experiment that I took a quite liking to. The Illustrated is a character design from a personal project. This illustration was drawn using Adobe Photoshop

LOGO DESIGN: KITCHEROO

In September 2021, I was hired to work on Kitcheroo Restaurant’s Logo Design. In the team, I took the role of Ideation and Digitalization of the Logo. The logo is currently being used throughout their packaging and social media

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY: AXE

Photography for advertisement of the brand AXE Body Spray. A low-key photograph with the target audience of young adults, the theme set for this photoshoot was simple, cool, and classy.
